What is Flority's Return Policy?

We are dedicated to providing high-quality products to our customers. While we hope you're always satisfied with your Flority purchase, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. If you need to make a return, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the receipt date for a refund.

  • Product Condition: Merchandise must be returned in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

  • Shipping Costs: Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping costs with your return.

  • Return Instructions: Please include the reason for your return when you Contact Us. We will provide further instructions tailored to your region during our communication.

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping and handling charges, which are non-refundable unless the return is due to damaged merchandise.

  • Tracking: Be sure to record your tracking number, as we cannot issue a refund until we confirm receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not liable for lost packages.

  • Refunds: All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing after we receive your return, and at least 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Please note that only items purchased on www.flority.net are eligible for return. Items bought from other retailers cannot be returned or exchanged through our website.
